How are your prices so much lower than the high street?
We sell direct from our UK factory — no commission-paid sales reps, no high-pressure home visits, no chain markup. You get the same A++ rated product, made in the same factories, at honest factory-direct pricing.
Do you fit, or just supply?
Both. Every product has a "supply only" or "supply & install" toggle. Supply only ships UK-wide (free over £750). Supply & install is currently available across England & Wales — our FENSA-approved fitters handle survey, removal, install and Building Regs certification.
Are your products A-rated?
Yes — every window we sell is A++ rated as standard, with optional triple glazing for A+++. Our composite doors achieve a 0.8 W/m²K U-value — among the most thermally efficient in the UK.
What about Building Regs and FENSA?
If you choose supply & install, we issue a FENSA certificate as part of every installation — fully Building-Regs compliant. Supply-only orders are your responsibility to certify (your own fitter can self-certify, or we can refer you to a local FENSA installer).
What's the guarantee?
10 years on the frame, 5 years on the sealed glass units, and 10 years on installation workmanship if we fit. Every guarantee is fully transferable if you sell your home.
