Are your windows and doors made to measure?
Yes — every window and door is custom-manufactured to your exact measurements. Use our online configurators to specify your sizes, frame colour, glass and hardware, then add to basket or request a quote. Your specifications go directly to our UK manufacturing partner.
How long do uPVC windows take to deliver?
Most uPVC windows have a lead time of 2–3 weeks from confirmed order. Sliding sash windows take 3–4 weeks. Some Scotland, Wales, Devon, Cornwall, LA and CA postcodes may take 4–6 weeks. See our lead times page for full details on every product range.
What's the difference between casement and flush casement windows?
Standard casement windows have a sash that sits slightly proud of the frame (the more traditional UK look). Flush casement windows have a sash that sits flush — level — with the frame, for a cleaner, more modern timber-look finish. Both are fully customisable in 16 colours and 83 styles.
Do you offer installation?
We currently supply only — installation is not included. All products come with manufacturer instructions and standard fittings. We recommend a qualified installer for fitting. If you'd like an installer recommendation in your area, get in touch.
What guarantee do you offer?
All our windows and doors come with a 10-year guarantee against manufacturing defects, including profile discolouration, warping, and peeling. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or accidental damage.
Do you charge for delivery?
UK mainland delivery is free on orders £250 and over. Orders under £250 are subject to a flat £35 delivery charge. Collections are not available from our distribution centres for health and safety reasons.
Are your products secure?
Composite doors and tilt & turn windows include PAS24:2022 enhanced security certification as standard — the highest UK security rating. Casement, flush and sash windows offer PAS24 as an upgrade option. Composite doors include Yale Superior cylinder locks (anti-bump, anti-pick) with optional Ultion 3-Star anti-snap upgrade.
