1. Who we are

Fast Windows & Doors is a trading name of S&K Group Holdings Limited. We are the data controller of any personal information you give us through this website.

2. What we collect

  • When you order: name, email, phone, delivery address, and (via Stripe) payment details
  • When you contact us: name, email, phone, your message, and any project details you provide
  • When you browse: standard analytics (page views, device type, anonymised IP)
  • Cart data: stored locally in your browser (not on our servers) using localStorage

3. Why we collect it

  • To fulfil your order — manufacture, deliver, and install the products you've bought
  • To respond to your enquiries
  • To comply with our legal obligations (e.g. tax records, FENSA certification)
  • To improve our website (anonymised analytics only)

4. How we store it

Order and contact data is stored on UK-based servers. Payment details are handled exclusively by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant) and never reach our systems. We retain order records for 7 years for tax purposes.

5. Who we share it with

  • Manufacturing partners — to produce your order (UK-based)
  • Delivery couriers — to deliver your goods
  • Installation subcontractors — for supply & install orders
  • FENSA — to register your installation certificate
  • Stripe — to process payment
  • Web3Forms — to deliver contact form submissions to us by email

We never sell your data to third parties for marketing.

6. Cookies

We use minimal cookies — a session cookie to remember your basket, and (if enabled) anonymous Google Analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting site functionality.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request erasure (subject to our legal retention obligations)
  • Object to processing
  • Lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk)
