• Order details: the windows you've configured (size, style, colour, options);
• Payment information: handled directly by Stripe — we do not see or store card details;
• Communications: messages you send us via the contact form, email, WhatsApp, or phone.

• Process your order and arrange manufacturing and delivery;
• Respond to your enquiries and provide quotes;
• Arrange surveys where requested;
• Send you updates about your order;
• Comply with our legal obligations (including tax records).

• Contract: when processing is necessary to fulfil an order you've placed;

We keep order records for 6 years to comply with HMRC requirements. We keep enquiry-only data for 12 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your data is transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted). Payment data goes directly to Stripe and never touches our servers. Customer enquiry data is stored on Netlify's infrastructure (hosted in the EU/US).
