These are our terms of sale. Please read carefully before placing an order. By ordering, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About us
Fast Windows & Doors is a trading name of S&K Group Holdings Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office and contact details are listed in the footer of this website.
2. Made-to-measure orders
All our products are manufactured to your specified dimensions and configuration. As such, they are bespoke goods and your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once production has begun (typically within 24 hours of order confirmation).
You are responsible for the accuracy of any measurements you provide for supply-only orders. For supply & install orders, our surveyor measures and confirms all dimensions before production begins.
3. Pricing & VAT
Prices on product pages are exclusive of VAT. VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%) is added at checkout. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
4. Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout via Stripe (or, for trade accounts, via BACS with 30-day terms). We accept all major debit and credit cards. We do not store your card details.
5. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates based on lead times shown at checkout. We make every effort to meet these dates but cannot be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, supplier delays, courier issues).
Risk passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your goods before signing the delivery note. Damage must be reported within 48 hours.
6. Installation (Supply & Install orders)
For supply & install orders, our FENSA-approved subcontractors carry out the installation under our direction. We are responsible for the installation work and provide a 10-year workmanship guarantee.
You agree to provide reasonable access to the property on the agreed install date. Failed appointments where access cannot be granted may incur a £150 re-attendance charge.
7. Guarantees
10 years on frames; 5 years on sealed glass units; 10 years on installation workmanship (supply & install only). Guarantees are fully transferable. Guarantees do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised alterations.
8. Manufacturing faults
If your goods are faulty on arrival, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a free remake, replacement or repair as quickly as practical.
9. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the price you paid for the goods. We are not liable for consequential losses (e.g. loss of earnings, alternative accommodation) except where required by law. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Complaints
We aim to resolve any complaint quickly and fairly. Email sales@fastwindowsdoors.com with the subject line "Complaint" and we will acknowledge within 2 working days.
