Where we deliver
Mainland England, Scotland and Wales as standard. Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and Scottish Highlands & Islands are subject to a delivery surcharge — please contact us for a quote before ordering.

- £59 flat-rate on orders under £750
- Bulk & commercial: contact us for haulage rates on orders of 10+ units or pallet-shipped goods
Lead times
All our products are made-to-measure, so lead time depends on the product. From order confirmation:
- uPVC windows & doors: 14 days
- Aluminium windows: 21 days
- Composite doors: 21 days
- Sash windows (uPVC): 28 days
- Bifold doors: 28 days
- Roof lanterns: 28 days
- Timber windows / doors: 35–42 days
You'll receive a confirmed delivery date by email within one working day of ordering.
What happens on delivery day
- We email and SMS you a 4-hour window the day before
- The driver phones 30 minutes before arrival
- Delivery is kerbside — please arrange someone to help carry items inside
- Inspect the goods before signing — note any damage on the delivery note
Damaged or missing items
Report any damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery to sales@fastwindowsdoors.com with photos. We'll arrange replacements as quickly as possible — usually within 7 days.
Storing your order
Glass units must be stored vertically (never flat) and kept dry. Frames can be stored horizontally on a flat surface. We recommend storing indoors or in a sheltered area until installation.
