What's included

• Free pre-installation survey — within 5 working days of order. We laser-measure every opening, check sill condition, plan access, and confirm your spec.
• Removal & disposal of your existing windows or doors, including frames, glass, and packaging — all responsibly recycled.
• Full installation by FENSA-approved fitters — typically 1–2 windows per day, full house in 2–4 days.
• Sealing & finishing — silicone, plastering reveals, internal/external trims, full make-good.
• Building Regs certificate — FENSA certificate issued within 30 days, registered with your local authority.
• 10-year workmanship guarantee on top of the manufacturer's product guarantee.

England & Wales currently. Scotland coverage rolling out 2026. Northern Ireland is referral-only.

How install pricing works

You'll see a per-unit install fee on every product page (e.g. £175 per uPVC window, £275 per composite door, £550 per bifold). The fee covers the full service above. There's nothing extra to pay on the day.

For very large or unusual installations (4+ storey access, listed buildings, structural openings), we may need a custom quote. We'll flag this during your survey.

Survey & lead time

From order to install:

• Day 0: Order placed
• Days 1–5: Free survey scheduled and completed
• Days 5–35: Manufacturing (depending on product)
• Days 35–42: Installation
• Within 30 days of install: FENSA certificate issued
