If you've got a competent fitter, a builder mid-project, or you're a confident DIY-er, supply-only is the fastest and cheapest way to upgrade your home or finish your job. You get the exact same FENSA-grade product as our supply-and-install customers — you just save the install fee.

Trade pricing
Order 10+ units across any single delivery and trade pricing kicks in automatically (5–12% off, depending on product mix). Builders and developers running multi-plot projects — get in touch for project pricing.
Building Regs & FENSA
For supply-only orders, certification is your responsibility. Your fitter will need to be FENSA / CERTASS / BMTRADA registered to self-certify, or you'll need a Local Authority Building Control inspection. We can refer you to a local FENSA-registered fitter if needed — call us.
Measuring guide
Accurate measurements are critical. For each opening:
- Width: Measure the brick-to-brick opening at top, middle and bottom. Use the smallest measurement, then deduct 10mm for clearance.
- Height: Measure from sill to lintel at left, middle and right. Use the smallest, deduct 10mm.
- Depth: Check the wall thickness if you're not sure — minimum 100mm cavity for standard frames.

Returns & remakes
Made-to-measure orders are non-returnable (you've ordered a custom-sized product to your exact spec). However, if there's a manufacturing fault, we'll remake free of charge. Always inspect on delivery and report issues within 48 hours.
