Buying made-to-measure windows and doors online sounds new. It isn't — we've been doing it for years. Here's exactly how it works.
Configure your product
Pick a category — windows, doors, lanterns, or commercial — and open the product page. Choose your style, size, frame colour, glass type, and quantity. Your price updates live, with no commitment. Tap "Supply only" or "Supply & install" to see how install pricing affects the total.
Add to basket & check out
Add as many products as you need to your basket — different sizes, different rooms, different types. Review at checkout, pay securely with card. We use Stripe for payments — your card details never touch our servers.
We confirm & (if needed) survey
Within one working day, we email your order confirmation and production schedule. If you've chosen supply & install, we book your free pre-installation survey within 5 working days. The surveyor laser-measures every opening, confirms your spec, and locks in your delivery / install date.
Manufacture & deliver / install
Your made-to-measure units are produced in our UK factory. Lead time is 14 days for uPVC windows, up to 42 days for hand-built timber. We email tracking for supply-only deliveries. For install, our FENSA-approved fitters arrive on the agreed date, fit the units, certify the install, and clear away every scrap.
